L.L.BEAN SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER FOR A CHANCE TO WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THE SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO PERSONS WHO ARE, AT THE TIME OF ENTRY, LEGAL RESIDENTS OF CT, DE, FL, GA, MA, MD, ME, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, VA, VT AND WV AND AT LEAST TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. SWEEPSTAKES WILL BE GOVERNED BY UNITED STATES LAW. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. NO CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE. THE SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH ANY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE RETAILER. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY IF ENTERING VIA MOBILE DEVICE.  

1. Eligibility: The “2026 Harpoon x L.L.Bean Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Vermont, and West Virginia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and agents of Barrel One Collective, L.L.Bean and its affiliates and subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, wholesale distributors, retail licensees, and all other service or governmental agencies and their employees involved with the Sweepstakes, along with members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Internet access or mobile data charges may accrue depending on the device used to enter; entrants should seek out a free public Wi-Fi hotspot to avoid such charges.
2. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on July 27, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on October 15, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Administrator’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.
3. How to Enter and Play: During the Sweepstakes Period, entrants may participate via: (a) Internet — visiting harpoonbrewery.com/LLBEAN-SWEEPSTAKES and completing the online entry form, which automatically enters the participant into the drawing; or (b) QR Code — scanning the QR code featured on signs or promotional materials at participating stores using a smartphone or web-enabled device, which directs to the same mobile web page to create an account and enter. Proof of scanning a QR code does not constitute proof of entry completion. Participants are solely responsible for any wireless/data charges incurred, and not all wireless carriers participate. Entry is limited to one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.
4. Drawing Prize Selection: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about October 22, 2026, from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. Drawing Prize Notification: Potential winners may be notified via email or phone call and may be required to respond within the time indicated by the Sponsor to accept the prize. Winners may be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability, and, unless prohibited by law, a publicity release. If eligibility cannot be verified in time, or if the potential winner fails to respond within 24 hours, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate may be selected in a new random drawing. This process continues until a winner is confirmed. Any prize notification or prize returned as undeliverable will result in disqualification, and Released Parties are not responsible for service interruptions or changes to a participant’s contact information.
6. Prize Details: One (1) winner will receive a Grand Prize consisting of: (i) a one-night, two-day Maine Island kayak camping trip for two (2) people to the L.L.Bean Discovery Center in Freeport, Maine in 2027 (ARV: $900); (ii) a $2,000 shopping spree at the L.L.Bean Flagship Store in Freeport, Maine in the form of gift card(s) (ARV: $2,000); and (iii) travel and lodging accommodations in the form of Visa Gift Card(s) valued at $1,500 (ARV: $1,500), for a Total ARV of $4,400. The winner selects from available 2027 summer dates provided by the Sponsor once released by the L.L.Bean Discovery Center. The winner and one guest must travel on the same itinerary and designated dates; if unable to participate, the trip portion may be forfeited at Sponsor’s discretion. The trip is non-transferable, has no cash value except where required by law, and Sponsor may substitute a comparable experience if the original is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise unavailable. Participants must be over twenty-one. The winner is solely responsible for all taxes and any costs not expressly included in the prize description. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize component of equal or greater value, and may require a confidential background check; noncompliance results in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
7. Publicity: Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor, Barrel One Collective, L.L.Bean, and their affiliates to use the winner’s name, voice, biographical information, and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes worldwide, in all media, without further compensation, notice, or approval, as permitted by law.
8. Release: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Administrator, Barrel One Collective, L.L.Bean, and associated parties (“Sweepstakes Entities”) from any claims or damages resulting from participation, or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Entrants further acknowledge that the Sweepstakes Entities are not liable for misdirected entries, technical malfunctions, typographical errors, unauthorized access, or other issues beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that may affect the administration or integrity of the Sweepstakes.
9. General Conditions: Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undelivered entries or communications, or for technical, network, or hardware failures of any kind. Anyone found tampering with the Sweepstakes or Website, violating the Official Rules, or acting abusively will be disqualified. Use of robotic, automated, or programmed entry methods will void those entries. Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes in the event of fraud, technical corruption, or other compromising factors, and to select winners from valid entries received prior to such action. The authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter is deemed the entrant. All submitted materials become the property of Barrel One Collective. Deliberate tampering with the Sweepstakes or Website may constitute a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to pursue all available remedies.
10. Dispute Resolution: These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. Except where prohibited, all disputes must be resolved individually, without class actions, exclusively in a federal or state court located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts. Any claims or awards are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs (excluding attorneys’ fees), and entrants waive rights to indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential, or multiplied damages.
11. Privacy Policy: Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor for administration and fulfillment purposes, in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy at harpoonbrewery.com/privacy-policy/. Verified prize winners will have their first name, last initial, city, and state included in a publicly available winner’s list.
