This beer has had many names over the years – Hibernian Ale, Celtic Ale, and finally Celtic Red, but our love for this classic Irish style has always stayed the same. Subtly malt-forward but perfectly approachable, it’s a prime example of an old school style that is totally all-purpose. With notes of toasted grain, toffee, and caramel, a hint of herbal hops, and some pleasant floral esters, it’s both satisfying and refreshing – best enjoyed by the pint and in good company. Sláinte!
