Strawberry Milkshake IPA

There’s no blender required for this kind of shake! This hazy IPA takes an abundance of fruit-forward hops—like the berry packed Mosaic and the creamsicle-like Lotus—and combines them with a hefty dose of milk sugar and 300+ pounds of strawberry purée. Extra creamy with notes of strawberry milk, lemon zest, and a splash of tropical fruit, it’s best served in a dimpled glass with the drinker’s choice of straw or spoon.
