You’ll receive an introduction to pottery and the pinch pot technique. We’ll cover all the basics, and with step-by-step instructions, you will learn to hand-build a piece of pottery using the pinch pot technique, and how to make your pot into a variety of items like mugs, vases, hanging planters, candle holders, smiley planter pals, and more!

Details

• Tuesday, May 23rd, from 6:00-8:00 PM at Harpoon Brewery (306 Northern Ave, Boston, MA 02210)
• Each ticket includes:
  • 2-2.5 hour workshop on pottery basics, how to create pinch pots, and how to transform them into a variety of unique home décor and functional pottery, taught by Pottery with a Purpose Founder, Samantha
  • Materials to build 2 pieces of pottery – choose from air dry clay (decorative) or ceramic clay (will be fired + glazed to be foodsafe and waterproof, and shipped to you 3-4 weeks after the class)
  • Paint + paintbrush to decorate your pottery when it dried in 2-3 days (air dry clay option only)

Tickets are non-refundable, but are transferable to another event date until 72 hours prior to the event.
