Join us at the Harpoon Brewery on Sunday August 28th @10am as we celebrate the launch of our first non-alcoholic beer Open League with a Kick It By Eliza class! Kick it By Eliza is a High Intensity Interval Training with Kickboxing, Boxing, Rhythmic Components, and a Meditative Cool Down. All levels are welcome!
This is a FREE event- all you need to bring is a yoga mat, sneakers, water, and yourself. Spots are limited, so please register on Eventbrite to secure your spot!
After the event, join us in Outdoors @ Harpoon and try out Open League, our NEW non-alcoholic Hazy IPA, packed with juicy tropical hops and some recreation-minded ingredients.
